Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred

• Familiarity with age-appropriate therapy techniques for students from elementary through high school
• Strong collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, students, and caregivers

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnostics, and comprehensive therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing unique student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy across diverse age ranges and ability levels
• Communicate proactively with educators, administrators, and parents to support student development
