Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active speech-language pathology license from the state of Michigan
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of students across various age groups

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
