Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Flint, MI (Onsite – includes travel to Grand Blanc, Lansing, & Detroit areas)
Setting: K–12 School District
Schedule: 35 hours/week | Full School Year (8/17 – 6/11, 26/27 SY)

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite school-based position. Candidates must be comfortable working directly in school environments and traveling between assigned buildings.

CFYs may be considered; however, SLPs with established supervision are preferred. Out-of-state applicants may be considered if they have initiated licensure and can provide proof of pending application status.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services
• Support students’ communication development across classroom settings
• Participate in IEPs, MET meetings, and goal development
• Conduct evaluations and write eligibility reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Support AAC implementation and communication tools
• Maintain documentation and compliance records
• Deliver staff training on speech-language strategies
• Travel between district school sites as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid or pending MI SLP license
• Official university transcripts required before district submission
• Onsite availability required
