Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General, handling civil investigative demands, multistate investigations, and negotiating resolutions. This role involves advising clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation, with significant client-facing responsibilities.
