Customer Service Representative

One of our major luxury fashion clients is looking for a contract Ecommerce Customer Service Associate. This is a freelance contract role that will go through the end of the year, with potential to extend. They need someone who can start July 9th. They are looking for someone who is Bilingual for this role and is an expert in written and verbal communication in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. (If you can speak all 3, that is a major plus!) This role will be on a hybrid schedule. Office is in NYC. Role pays $27/hour. 40/hours a week. Must be available Monday - Sunday for 9-hour shifts within the time range of 9am to 10pm on a rotating weekly schedule. Day shifts from Monday - Friday will be in the office. Night shifts and weekend shifts can be done remotely. You will be on a rotating schedule, so must be available for all shifts 7 days a week, but you will only work 5 days each week. Must have high-functioning wifi set up at home. This role will be written communication heavy - responding to customer service chats, answering phone calls, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
