National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) is seeking a full time, onsite Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. The Talent Acquisition Manager attracts and hires top talent while creating an exceptional experience that turns candidates into brand ambassadors and hiring managers into trusted partners. Serving as a key representative of NREIG’s culture and values, the Talent Acquisition Manager ensures a seamless, positive, and engaging journey from interview to onboarding. How You'll Make An Impact: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans Forecast hiring demands and build talent pipeline And, nurture partnerships with third-party recruiters Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Champion best-in-class candidate experience from attraction to onboarding Promote and strengthen NREIG’s employer brand Ensure candidates receive timely and friendly communication and feedback to create advocates and brand ambassadors Recruitment Operations & Delivery Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer process Track recruitment metrics Maintain accurate and timely ATS entries Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies and hiring practices Stakeholder Partnership Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers Train hiring managers on best practices, process and technology Maintain awareness of market insights and talent trends Foster collaboration across departments and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Tech savviness with proficiency in MS Office and ATS Strong client-facing, customer service skills via phone and email High attention to detail and organization Ability to work across the organization and all levels of management Comfortability in a fast-paced environment Consultative approach to working with hiring managers Four-year degree or equivalent, relevant professional experience P&C License helpful People who thrive in this role love staying organized, building relationships, and helping a team succeed.
