Property Administrator
Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join their team. As a Property Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Property Management Department supporting the team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay Range: 55k - 65k yearly
What's the Job?
- Perform administrative functions supporting the Property Management Team, ensuring professionalism in handling property issues
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance documentation
- Prepare reports, bid proposals, service contracts, and manage invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, insurance certificates, and maintenance work orders, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
