Field Recruiter / TrainerThe Field Recruiter / Trainer performs various functions regarding field operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.Other duties as assigned.Requirements / ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma.Ability to read and write English.Strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.Preferred QualificationsAt least 5 years in the drywall business.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Bilingual (English/Spanish)Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.Employment with Precision Walls is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
