Description & Requirements Infor enters into contractual agreements with companies that develop applications and technologies that integrate with Infor's core solutions, these are known as Solution Partners. Infor also has an established partner program for the companies that resell its world-class solutions, these are known as Channel Partners. As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will actively work with Infor's internal departments to facilitate the onboarding and integration of the Solution and Channel Partners into Infor's operational workflow. The process will require the ability to understand and interpret an agreement, as well as execute within contract terms and across multiple systems all requirements associated with the generation of royalty and commission obligations. The position will require communication and management skills to lead and facilitate projects aimed to ensure that the onboarding and integration results in Infor maintaining compliance with its partners. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Maintain an up to date review and understanding of all partner (Solution and Channel) contracts to ensure Infor is complying with all contracted terms
• Work in tandem with Infor Product Management and Infor Operations teams to ensure accurate onboarding of Solution Partners into Infor's operational workflow
• Handle any research projects assigned involving incorrect or missing commission and/or royalty payments.
• Review, recommend and test process changes within Alliant, the commissions and royalty accounting software system, based on Infor business and process requirements
• Work with IPN Business Operations and Commissions teams to ensure that the Channel Partners level, rate and customer changes are updated accurately in Alliant

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with contract terns and contract creation
• Experience with audits for internal setups, as well as compliance partner contract audits.
• Experience with project and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience (commercial and/or operational) in the software industry
• Knowledge of royalty and/or commission software processes and/or applications
• Associates or higher Degree in Business, Finance, or the similar
