Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs based on each patient's unique condition and goals, ensuring alignment with physician recommendations.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises to restore movement and function, addressing specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation practices, self-care techniques, and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accountability and high standards of practice.
• Engage collaboratively with the healthcare team to share insights and maximize patient outcomes through coordinated care efforts.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, contributing to the overall positive experience for each patient during their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic medical record management.

Compensation and Benefits
