However, we will also consider candidates with existing relationships capable of generating meaningful national distribution. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates whose strategic relationships and track record align with the requirements of this role. About H2o wineWater H2o wineWater is a new kind of beverage created in Sonoma, California. Think Perrier style sparkling water, but with the flavors of California wine grapes instead of lemon or lime. Crafted from the juice of 100% California wine grapes and alcohol free wine, H2o wineWater delivers the ritual and flavors of wine with 0.0% alcohol. California wine grapes are naturally rich in antioxidants and electrolyte minerals. Although it contains alcohol free wine, H2o wineWater is not non alcoholic wine. It is an entirely new beverage category. We rethought wine and created wineWater. Unlike traditional alcohol-free wines that create alcohol and remove it later, H2o wineWater began with a first-principles question: "If the goal is 0.0% alcohol, why create alcohol in the first place?" So we built wineWater from the water up. We started with sparkling water, then added the juice of 100% California wine grapes, wine notes, naturally occurring wine minerals, and antioxidants. The result delivers the ritual, complexity, and food pairing experience people appreciate about wine, without fermentation or alcohol. That thinking led us to create a new beverage category centered on hydration, wine-inspired flavor, and the food pairing traditions of wine. To evaluate its hydration properties, a published clinical study involving 60 women was conducted at California Polytechnic State University. The study found that H2o wineWater provided great hydration, as measured by plasma osmolality. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a commercial leader who already has the relationships to accelerate H2o wineWater's distribution through strategic retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners. We are specifically seeking someone with active, current relationships with strategic anchor accounts that influence beverage distribution. Your existing relationships with buyers and decision makers are the primary qualification for this role. Responsibilities Introduce H2o wineWater to your network of buyers and distributors. Secure strategic anchor accounts that accelerate national distribution. Open doors with retailers, restaurants, hotels, and foodservice operators. Work directly with the founder to execute the company's commercial strategy. Develop partnerships that expand market presence. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings. Help expand H2o wineWater's distribution with leading retailers and distributors across North America. Qualifications Proven beverage industry sales or business development experience. Active relationships with buyers at KeHE, UNFI, or comparable strategic anchor accounts. Strong network within grocery, natural foods, convenience, foodservice, or hospitality. Demonstrated success opening new accounts. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a business. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
