Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Delta Utilities is seeking a professional customer service representative to deliver a best-in-class experience across voice, chat, and email. This full-time, on-site role is based in Downtown New Orleans or Shreveport, Louisiana, requiring five days on-site each week and a commitment of at least 12 months. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve billing issues, negotiate payments, and provide timely follow‑up while upholding Delta Utilities' mission and values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
