Job OpportunityBilingual Japanese, Desktop Publisher Specialist, New YorkWe are seeking a DTP specialist to join our team to meet increased workload requirements of product integration with Asian operation. The Desktop Publisher Specialist will perform specialized desktop publishing work, including page layout, chart construction, data checking, and assist with registration of research products.Responsibilities:Prepare charts for research material based on data provided by analysts and translatorsEnsure layout and presentation of all published material conforms with internal requirements and that proper procedure has been followedEnsure quality (in terms of both aesthetics and numerical accuracy) and consistency for all charts in research materialsEnsure that proper disclosures are appended to research reportsDistribute and register certain research products according to the proper procedureSupport and communicate with global team to help produce quality research products in timely mannerRequirements:Computer proficiency, particularly with charts and graphs requiredGreat PC skills in Word/ Excel/ PowerPointStrong Japanese and English fluency (read, write, speak)Communication skillsFinancial and/or graphics background desired
