This position will require the TAC to develop an understanding of Children's recruiting processes for candidate management, government regulation compliance, I9 completion, company policy administration, and other related activities in support of recruiting.Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Minimum Work Experience2 years In an administrative role, preferably with an HR-focus (Required)Required Skills/KnowledgeLead the onboarding process for newly hired employees. To include paperwork, background checks, occupational health clearance and facilitating the I-9 process.Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactionsSupport one or more Talent Acquisition Recruiters with daily TA processesPerform Quality checks on all requisitions prior to postingNew hire processing and management of background check (including Occupational Health) process, new hire paperwork and new hire orientationProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition RecruitersGenerate reports related to work and provide regular, timely updates to the recruiters and hiring managersWork within Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidate status, and retrieve necessary dataInterface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring processCreate proper documentation for required processes, for example personnel file to be uploaded in OnBaseFront desk/Receptionist coverage in multiple locations, as neededPerforms other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Department management.Functional AccountabilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlinesDemonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgmentComfortable with change & ability to adapt quicklyAbility to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workloadPolished and professional presentation and communication styleCapable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondenceAbility to guide recruiting processes to closureExperience with Outlook, Word, and some Excel requiredExcellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skillsThe disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy.
