Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans, tracking clients' progress and making necessary modifications to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely and compliant reporting of all interactions and treatment sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support, demonstrating professionalism and adeptness in high-stress situations for clients in immediate distress.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in marriage and family therapy and participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Create a secure environment for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse client base, including teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will play a vital role in improving mental health outcomes and empowering clients to enhance their quality of life through effective therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is a prerequisite.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and couples therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
