Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status, creating a solid understanding of their individual needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients, employing teletherapy tools to reach and support clients effectively through virtual means.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support and appropriate management of acute situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest trends, practices, and regulatory requirements in the mental health field.

• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation while focusing primarily on providing quality care to our clients.

The therapists at Omniscient Care primarily serve a diverse adult clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload efficiently with minimal oversight.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on file.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , depending on the caseload and experience of the therapist.
