Education Requirements

• A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline, with preference given to those who have completed a CAAHEP-accredited program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is highly regarded
