Per Diem Pharmacist - Burkburnett, TX

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking a flexible, per diem position supporting vacation and PTO coverage in a pharmacy attached to a behavioral hospital. The setting is closed door with limited walk-ins, focusing primarily on serving behavioral health patients. • Site Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Average Script Count: 300-400 per day
• Setting: Closed door pharmacy attached to a behavioral health hospital

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license with recent pharmacy experience
• Familiarity or willingness to work in a per diem or part-time capacity
• Local to Burkburnett or surrounding area preferred
• Open to training on Enterprise RX software

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions
• Provide counseling and answer patient questions in a behavioral health setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens
