Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to better understand clients’ mental health needs and history.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual, couple, or family dynamic issues, adapting strategies based on clients' ongoing progress.

• Provide high-quality counseling services via telehealth, including individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family counseling.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals—such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to ensure clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous client records, adhering to confidentiality protocols and ensuring documentation is up-to-date for compliance requirements.

• Stay informed of advancements in mental health therapies and counseling techniques to enhance practice and client outcomes.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities, contributing to a team-oriented culture focused on continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPC will work with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, necessitating an understanding of cultural competency to effectively address their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid LPC license in good standing in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and certifications. Additional benefits include:
