Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer individualized counseling and crisis intervention for clients, effectively assessing and treating diverse emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with clients’ family members and support systems to discuss treatment plans and successful discharge outcomes.

• Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing updates on client progress, needs, and any potential challenges encountered.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and promptly in compliance with departmental guidelines, ensuring the legal and ethical integrity of client records.

• Work closely with fellow healthcare team members to develop and refine treatment strategies based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and established counseling methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily caters to clients who are navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, and transitional life stressors. You will employ evidence-based practices to uplift and empower clients throughout their therapeutic journey, supporting them in cultivating coping skills and strategies that lead to positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a professional counseling setting.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated experience in diagnostic evaluations and the formulation of comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, electronic medical records (EMR), and telehealth software systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
