Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies that address clients’ unique needs, performing thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

• Utilize a diverse set of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
