• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
• Oversee timely documentation and conduct chart audits
• Collaborate with upper management to align rehab goals and improve patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid license or certification relevant to your discipline
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab or clinical environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with clinical program development
• Familiarity with documentation standards and compliance practices
