What You'll Do:

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in compliance with regulations and clinical standards
• Provide rehabilitative, therapeutic, and medically necessary treatments including ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, and students when applicable

What You Need:

• Missouri Occupational Therapist License
• NBCOT Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in adult rehabilitation or long-term care settings

• Experience with cognitively impaired or physically disabled patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
