LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer service-oriented individual for an exciting contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunity with an impressive healthcare network located in the Fishers, IN area. What You'll Be Doing Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure. Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered. Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination. Qualifications Some office, food service, or retail experience required. Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required! Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract-to-hire Pay Details: $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
