Neurology Territory Business Manager, Birmingham (Overlay)

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Birmingham, Montgomery, and Huntsville area. The role involves supporting product launches and indication expansion by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers through collaborative territory management and demand generation.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular travel throughout assigned geography and manage territory planning aligned with launch priorities
Develop local market strategy and collaborate with regional colleagues to align customer engagement
Communicate and engage with healthcare professionals and affiliated staff to drive demand
Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned territory
Utilize market tools, submit account plans, and maintain accurate CRM documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
Experience planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners
Must reside in Birmingham, Montgomery, or Huntsville, AL area

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
