Benefits Analyst - HRIS & Compliance (Hybrid)
Tractor Supply
Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Benefits Administrator to optimize HRIS usage and manage company group benefit plans. You will apply intermediate knowledge of employee benefits to complete projects and support compliance across ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and FMLA. The role involves invoicing, reporting, data transfer with vendors, and supporting end users with system issues.
