Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing a professional yet relatable rapport that encourages open dialogue and trust.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, review stability, and transition approaches as necessary, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans centered on the specific needs and goals of each client, actively monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed progress notes and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Conduct initial intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to inform and guide the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to foster continuous professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around outpatient clients from various backgrounds, encompassing adults, children, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling is required.
\n
• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, active LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is required.

• Comfort and proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, and CRM software like PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and experience. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates where clinicians are paid ahead of collections with no wait for reimbursement.
