Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Provide individual and couples therapy for clients spanning all age ranges, effectively employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize our billing service for managing claims, client accounts, insurance eligibility, and to process payments, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage your calendar effectively to optimize caseload management.
\n
• Assess and address a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating versatility and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 client hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Main Street Health Center PC offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses. Our compensation package also includes:
