About The Racquet Lounge
Founded in 2023 by a team of former collegiate and professional athletes, The Racquet Lounge (TRL) was created from a shared passion for racquet sports and a desire to build a vibrant, inclusive community. Since then, TRL has become a dynamic sanctuary where leaders in sports, business, and entertainment come together.
Nestled within a five-acre oasis, TRL is a members-only club offering premier Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball facilities. We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our members, on and off the court, all season long.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for prepping your station, cooking food to order, and keeping your area clean before, during, and after service. You’ll work within a small team and be expected to communicate clearly and move with urgency.
You should have solid knowledge of classic cooking techniques, be comfortable using all necessary kitchen equipment, and understand basic sanitation practices.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, reliability, and a strong sense of pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning/daytime shifts only
- Prepare mise en place and set up your station
- Cook food to order to our standards
- Clean and organize your station throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety protocols
- Help with family meal prep and kitchen breakdown
- Assist with keeping the wash area clean.
- Be on duty and in uniform at scheduled time
- Gather all required mise en place from prep from the head chef.
- Check requisition list day to day
- Oversee the cooking of your mise en place and setup of your station for service
- Properly Cook all dishes to order as delegated.
We do not provide housing.

Acerca del puesto
Serás responsable de preparar tu estación de trabajo, cocinar los platos a pedido y mantener tu área limpia antes, durante y después del servicio. Trabajarás en un equipo pequeño y se espera que te comuniques con claridad y actúes con rapidez.
Debes tener un sólido conocimiento de las técnicas de cocina clásicas, sentirte cómodo/a utilizando todo el equipo de cocina necesario y comprender las prácticas básicas de higiene.
Lo más importante es que buscamos a alguien que aporte energía positiva, sea responsable y se enorgullezca de su trabajo.
Responsabilidades clave
- Turnos de mañana/día únicamente
- Preparar la mise en place y configurar tu estación de trabajo
- Cocinar los platos a pedido según nuestros estándares
- Limpiar y organizar tu estación de trabajo durante todo el turno
- Seguir los protocolos de salud y seguridad
- Ayudar con la preparación de la comida del personal y el cierre de la cocina
- Ayudar a mantener limpia el área de lavado.
- Estar en el puesto de trabajo y con el uniforme puesto a la hora programada
- Recopilar toda la mise en place necesaria del chef principal.
- Revisar la lista de pedidos diariamente
- Supervisar la cocción de tu mise en place y la configuración de tu estación para el servicio
- Cocinar correctamente todos los platos a pedido según lo asignado.
