Marketing Analytics Specialist

We seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support the Global Marketing team within Proteomic Sciences.
In this role, you will help transform marketing and sales data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics while developing dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Analyze digital marketing and sales performance across the customer lifecycle
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and lead generation performance
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for business stakeholders
• Develop KPI tracking and performance reporting
• Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
• Support forecasting and business planning initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales teams to improve data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 1-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business analytics, or related fields
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience translating data into business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B marketing analytics experience
• Forecasting and predictive analytics experience
• Experience supporting commercial teams
• Exposure to life sciences, biotechnology, or scientific industries

The successful candidate will help marketing leadership make smarter investment decisions by delivering clear insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, sales funnel performance, and market growth opportunities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
