Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include working with couples and families to address a variety of mental health concerns. Specific tasks will encompass:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions for couples and family units, as well as individual sessions as needed.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address complex issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing tailored therapeutic interventions that consider the unique dynamics of blended families, divorce adjustments, and parent-child conflicts.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients that may require additional support.
\n
• Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families in the Aurora area. You will provide therapy to adults and children/adolescents dealing with various challenges, emphasizing holistic and integrative approaches to mental wellness. Your expertise will contribute to improving their overall quality of life and mental health.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Flourish Counsel Connect offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong compensation package, you will receive:
