Part-Time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator | U.S. Real Estate Team | Remote – PhilippinesAre you exceptionally organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks? We are a high-performing U.S.-based real estate organization looking for an experienced full-time Transaction Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our established transaction management department. This is not a temporary freelance position and it is not a basic virtual assistant role. You will be joining a team of highly trained Transaction Coordinators who support a fast-paced, high-volume real estate organization. We are looking for someone who wants to become exceptional at their craft, loves systems and checklists, communicates clearly, takes ownership, and thrives in an environment with high standards. Responsibilities: You will help manage real estate transactions from contract to closing while ensuring deadlines, documents, communication, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time. Responsibilities may include: Manage transaction files from ratified contract through closing Review contracts and documents for completeness Track critical contract dates, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, financing deadlines, and closing requirements Maintain detailed transaction checklists and CRM records Communicate professionally with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys/title companies, inspectors, vendors, and other parties Follow up proactively rather than waiting to be asked Prepare and organize transaction documentation Monitor signatures, amendments, addenda, disclosures, and outstanding paperwork Assist agents with transaction-related questions and updates Keep the transaction team and leadership informed of potential problems before they become emergencies Maintain accurate records and exceptional file organization Follow established systems while helping us identify opportunities to improve them Qualifications: • You May Be a Great Fit If You… Have previous experience supporting U.S. real estate transactions Have worked as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate VA, Closing Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, or similar role Understand the general flow of a residential real estate transaction Are extremely detail-oriented Have strong written and spoken English Are confident communicating professionally with Americans by email, phone, and video Are comfortable learning technology quickly Are naturally organized and love checklists, deadlines, and systems Take ownership when something needs to get done Ask intelligent questions instead of making assumptions Can manage multiple transactions and priorities without losing details Are dependable and consistent Have excellent follow-through Are comfortable receiving coaching and feedback Want to grow with one company long term Technology Experience Is a Plus Experience with any of the following is helpful: Follow Up Boss Dotloop DocuSign Transaction management platforms Google Workspace Slack or similar team communication tools Real estate CRMs Project/task management software You do not need experience with every platform. We care much more about your ability to learn quickly and follow systems. Compensation: $3 - $5 hourly
