Accounting Clerk I

Job Title
Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data within the financial/accounting system. Processes and codes billing and payroll. Prepares and verifies financial reports. Performs general bookkeeping tasks as needed. Position will receive direction and support. Position may assist in invoice processing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Financial software
- Attention to detail
- PC proficiency
- Typing
- Complete financial reports within SAP
- Create Capital Projects within SAP (AFE creation and WBS set up, TC Coding)
- Assist in setting up Purchase Orders in SAP and perform necessary troubleshooting, similar task associated with invoicing
- Support Capital Project Team with accrual processes
