Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on addressing conflicts and enhancing communication.

• Conducting assessments and treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitating sessions that may include joint meetings with couples and individual consultations with family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a broad range of issues, including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, and separation/divorce challenges.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

• Documenting patient progress and participation in treatment plans within our digital systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n
