CRM/Account Manager

Our client is seeking a CRM / Account Manager to join their growing team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and vendors while helping manage client relationships, coordinate quotes, and support ongoing account activity. This is an onsite position based in Bergen County, NJ.

CRM / Account Manager's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer accounts and day-to-day client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and account-related documentation
• Track customer activity and maintain accurate CRM records
• Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues in a professional manner

CRM / Account Manager's Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, account management, CRM support, or a related role
• Interest in technology or previous experience working for a technology company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers and internal teams
