Descripcin General:
La funcin principal del Parts Representative es facilitar el suministro eficiente y preciso de piezas automotrices para el taller, como para clientes. Este puesto requiere una combinacin de conocimientos tcnicos sobre componentes automotrices, habilidades interpersonales slidas y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado y orientado al servicio. Su principal responsabilidad es asegurar que las piezas correctas estn disponibles y se entreguen a tiempo, mediante el uso de sistemas electrnicos de catlogo, software de gestin de inventario y procesos establecidos por el concesionario o empresa automotriz. Adems, el representante debe mantener una comunicacin efectiva con clientes, proveedores y personal interno, manejar devoluciones, resolver discrepancias y contribuir activamente al cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y satisfaccin del cliente. El Parts Representative juega un rol estratgico en la rentabilidad del negocio, ya que su desempeo impacta directamente en la eficiencia del taller, la fidelizacin del cliente y la gestin del inventario. Debe demostrar iniciativa, compromiso con la excelencia operativa y un enfoque proactivo hacia la mejora continua del servicio y los procesos.
Requisitos
- Alta orientacin al servicio al cliente y solucin de problemas.
- Atencin al detalle, organizacin y seguimiento efectivo.
- Bilinge (ingls, espaol).
- Capacidad para levantar o movilizar mercanca de hasta 50 libras de manera segura.
- Conocimiento de procesos de inventario, ordenes especiales, garantas y devoluciones.
- Conocimiento prctico de componentes automotrices y su aplicacin por modelo, ao y especificaciones de vehculo.
- Diploma de escuela superior (requisito mnimo).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semanas, de ser necesario.
- Experiencia en uso de catlogos electrnicos de piezas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita.
- Estudios tcnicos en mecnica automotriz, logstica o administracin (preferible).
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestin de piezas y software ERP (CDK, Tekion).
- Mnimo de dos (2) aos de experiencia en ventas de piezas automotrices, atencin al cliente en concesionarios, talleres o distribuidores.
