Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, monitoring progress regularly to adapt strategies as required.

• Foster clients' insights and understanding of their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults in need of mental health services. This group may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, or life transitions as they seek guidance and support. Your role will involve empowering them to develop resilience and adaptivity in their daily lives, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to succeed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice without supervision. Candidates must hold one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.

• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and a personable nature.

• Competence in using technology and tools relevant for telehealth services, including a reliable computer with both webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a dependable internet connection.
