Join a rapidly growing organization with strong long-term growth potential Newly added position created to support continued company growth Opportunity to help improve and streamline a high-volume AP function Strong exposure to systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives Excellent opportunity to grow within Accounting and Finance Strong benefits including profit sharing, 401(k) match, employer-paid health and dental insurance, and generous PTO Title: Accounts Payable Administrator Salary: $65,000–$75,000 Location: Walpole, MA (100% onsite) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a rapidly growing organization with strong long-term growth potential Newly added position created to support continued company growth Opportunity to help improve and streamline a high-volume AP function Strong exposure to systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives Excellent opportunity to grow within Accounting and Finance Strong benefits including profit sharing, 401(k) match, employer-paid health and dental insurance, and generous PTO Accounts Payable Administrator Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume invoice receipt, coding, matching, routing, and approvals Serve as a key administrator for the invoice workflow and approval system Maintain invoice workflows, approval rules, user access, and system settings Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, documentation, and approvals Partner with operational teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and approval issues Help identify bottlenecks and improve AP processes, workflows, and efficiencies Accounts Payable Administrator Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, matching, approvals, and AP controls Experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment Strong systems aptitude with experience using ERP, AP automation, or invoice workflow systems preferred Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organization Construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other project-driven industry experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
