Accounts Payable AssociateDuration: Direct hireJob Title: Accounts Payable AssociateLocation: Foxborough, MA 02035 (Hybrid)Compensation: Market value annual salary plus discretionary bonus and benefitsScope of Position / Responsibilities:Reporting to the AP Manager as part of a 2-person team:Full-cycle Accounts PayableAssist A/P Manager with day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.Assist A/P Manager with weekly check-runAssist A/P Manager with month end vendor reconciliationsEstablish strong communication with vendorsEnter and pay monthly entity rent payments timelyRecord capital expenditures in accordance with company capitalization policyAssist A/P Manager with month end recording of credit card activity and accumulate receipts from the respective cardholdersMaintain Bill.com systemEnsure invoice back-up is uploaded to each vendor for tracking purposesClear all sync errorsCommunication (strong communication skills are necessary for this role):Supporting CEO, COO, CFO, and Controller as neededCorporate office teamInter-departmental communication with the Operations TeamAdministration:Complete credit applications as neededObtain Form W-9 as neededAssist with yearend 1099 preparationAcquisition Related Support:Maintain vendor accounts pre- and post-acquisition(s)Consolidate all vendor accounts where neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a requirementMinimum 1 year of experience supporting a multi-entity / franchise businessMust have accounts payable experience on a consistent basis within the last 4 years of employmentPreference for experience in a small, corporate officeLooking for someone fun, energetic, friendly, and social FirstPRO
