The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. This role may also involve leading and directing the work of others.Key Responsibilities* Recruit and interview candidates for various positions.* Check candidate references to ensure quality of hire.* Extend employment offers to selected candidates.* Conduct orientation for new employees.* Perform exit interviews with departing employees.* Process changes in employee status.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree may be required.**Experience:** 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required.**Skills:** Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
