Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Conway, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapies and procedures aimed at improving patient outcomes across various conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Engage in active communication with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to facilitate comprehensive care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor and document progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure alignment with specified goals and outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment processes, and preventative strategies to foster independence and encourage better health practices.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining the integrity of patient care and relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization, such as the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience
