Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, which includes reviewing medical history, performing detailed assessments, and documenting findings with precision.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement in setting achievable goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
