Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions, identifying functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and outcomes from evaluations.
• Implement treatment protocols that may include therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans, documenting progress and outcomes meticulously in compliance with all relevant standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Provide education to patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies, promoting long-term health management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
