Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to create personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain.
• Direct physical therapy treatment focused on developing, improving, and restoring physical function in alignment with the established care plan.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in executing prescribed therapy interventions, ensuring the quality of care provided.
• Administer manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as traction and electrical stimulation, adapting techniques based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct home assessments to recommend modifications that enhance safety and independence for clients receiving therapy at home.
• Prepare comprehensive clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on total treatment strategies aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will primarily work with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
