Work Environment

In our spacious 5,000-square-foot facility, you will work collaboratively alongside a team of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our clinical atmosphere is designed for maximizing patient comfort and recovery, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and private treatment rooms. The clinic operates exclusively onsite, allowing for direct, hands-on interaction with patients and a cohesive team approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and physical capabilities.
• Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions, treating an average of 2-3 patients per hour.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional abilities.
• Incorporate non-surgical options and alternative therapies to reduce reliance on prescription medications where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and to synchronize treatment efforts.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as needed and communicating advancements to both patients and referring physicians.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid state Physical Therapist license in Florida, free of any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Excellent manual therapy skills and proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with athlete rehabilitation and performance enhancement methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
