Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Viability Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, assessing their physical capabilities and developing targeted treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to align with therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on exercise regimens, techniques for improving movement, and the proper use of assistive devices if needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrative care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field by attending professional workshops, seminars, and networking events.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of relevant experience is required, we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn. Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred but not mandatory as we provide mentorship programs tailored for new therapists to ensure their seamless transition into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits
