Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in areas such as range of motion and strength levels.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure therapeutic equipment is organized and readily available for sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Provide emotional encouragement and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive healing environment.
• Adhere to ethics and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting each individual's rights.
