Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and needs, establishing clear therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care, providing hands-on therapy to facilitate recovery, improve physical function, and enhance mobility.
• Maintain proactive communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress, home exercise programs, and any challenges encountered throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document all therapy sessions and update patient records to reflect progress, treatments administered, and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including senior adults, individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, and those managing chronic conditions such as stroke or arthritis. Your compassionate approach and dedication to understanding each patient's unique circumstances will be essential in creating an effective rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate productive relationships with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic modalities and exercises tailored to the individual needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
