Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations, establishing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective rehabilitation exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities and interventions focused on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports performance rehabilitation.

• Providing skilled therapeutic care in the clinic as well as at patients' homes, following the physician's prescribed plan of care.
• Offering education and training to patients and their caregivers, facilitating their understanding of the recovery process and encouraging active participation.
• Meeting utilization goals and other business objectives to help maintain the clinic's operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who have a wide range of conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and neurological disorders. Your ability to build rapport and trust with each patient will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey, encouraging them to set and exceed their functional goals.

Qualifications

To ensure the highest standards of care, the ideal candidate must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification and familiarity with relevant emergency procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with word processing and electronic health records.
