Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Healthactions Physical Therapy, you will operate primarily in patients' homes, ensuring service delivery in a comfortable and familiar environment. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Examining and evaluating patients to develop personalized treatment plans targeting functional limitations and disabilities.
• Providing consultations to other healthcare providers regarding the patient's ongoing care and rehabilitation process.
• Implementing treatment plans while ensuring clear and effective communication with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Reporting and documenting treatment evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries accurately and in compliance with established laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits
